So I had an issue with my QC-35 II's after the FW update. I emailed Bose support and they offered troubleshooting steps, which I tried. All said and done, they took good care. When you purchase a product, you expect a company to provide good customer service. I could not be more impressed. This is the not the 1st time that Bose went above and beyond. This is not a paid post and I am not affiliated with Bose. Just my 2 cents because I see a lot of complaints about the recent FW upgrade.
