Green LIght Battery Indicator

I have the Bose 25 Noise Cancelling Headphones.  The green battery light is now blinking green, which I believe indicates a low battery.  I replaced it with a fresh battery, but the green light is still blinking.  Do I have an issue?  Is the noise cancelling function working (sometimes hard to tell)?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reaching out via the Bose Community. Welcome to the site!

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the LED of your QC25 headphones.

There are three states for the battery:

Green - Power on and battery power level normal.

Blinking - Power on and battery power level low.

Off - Power off or battery completely discharged.

I understand you replaced it with another battery but experienced the same blinking. Is there a possibility that the battery is also somewhat depleted? Can you please try another battery?

With regards to the noise-cancelling function, when powering the headphones on, you should hear/sense a 'suction' effect when they engage. Is this happening for you?

I'll look forward to your reply. If anyone else is having similar issues, please feel free to engage in the discussion.

Kind regards,

Re: Green LIght Battery Indicator

Jeff G,

Senior moment!  It appears the battery I put in may be as old as me.  I went out and bought a new pack and the system is working fine now.  Great product!

Thank you for your time and quick response.
