HP700 CONECTION TO MAC BOOK AIR

I had bought a noise cancelling headphones 700 but I can not pair it to my Mac Book Air with IOS Catalina Ver 10.15.6. There is an specific drive to pair ? I already paired it to may Iphone without any inconvenient.

Thank you for your post and welcome!

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you are having when trying to connect your headphones to the MacBook Air. I'll do all I can to help!

You will need to make sure that the headphones are in pairing mode. You can do this by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button until you get a blue light.

Also, If you plug your headphones into your MacBook, if there are any drivers that need downloading, this should be prompted.
