I purchased Bose QC 35 Comfort II headphones about a month ago. I was able to connect to the Bose Connect app on my iphone 7 easily.
I also wanted to connect to Windows 10 on my laptop. I had some issues, but eventually I found instructions here (https://community.bose.com/t5/Headphones-Archive/Connect-Quiet-Comfort-35-II-to-PC/td-p/119589) and updated the headphone software using Bose Updater (https://btu.bose.com/). After running the update, I was able to connect to Windows 10.
But now, I can't connect to the Bose app on my iphone 7. When I try to pair, I get the error message "iPhone can no longer connect to..."
I restarted my phone and reinstalled Bose Connect, but still not connecting.
