No worries PiperWilson, we've seen a few reports of the body of original posts not showing and the template being posted instead and we are looking into it!
We don't have any guidelines for how often, or at what percentage the battery on the headphones should be charged so I wouldn't be able to provide any official recommendations specific to the headphones.
However, with lithium-ion batteries, like the battery in your headphones, there are a few theories as to what is the best way to charge them and preserve battery life. Most recommend keeping the headphones charged between 20% and 80% by letting them discharge a small amount and recharging them frequently, rather than letting them discharge fully every time.
I hope this helps!
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
So I can provide you with the most accurate information, what product do you own? Please use this link to help you in identifying your product model.
Hello Tegan,
I apologize for not providing the information you needed. I have QuietComfort wireless headset II.
Thank you for your time. 🙂
@PiperWilson, thanks for confirming that! Your headset needs a 5 V DC, 1 A charger. Your headset takes 2.25 hours to a full charge and the battery life should be around 20 hours wireless or 40 hours wired. I do hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.
@Tegan_M and @Vicky_W - That did not answer my question. I'm trying to make sure that I charge my headphones as often as appropriate for the best battery life. I have the appropriate charger and I know the specs.
I apologize if I wasn't clear enough, but I feel like you didn't read my question and I'm disappointed. 😞
I tried to edit my last response, but I was unable to. I kept getting an error message.
I reviewed my original post and I see nothing there to indicate that I actually asked a question aside from the title. I apologize.

@Keith_L - Thank you so much! I really appreciate everyone's help.
