Also seeing this issue on a recent purchase. As a result I’ll be returning my headphones tomorrow. No fix for an issue raised in 2019 and impacting a lot of users is very disappointing
Returning these tomorrow. Already called people randomly on my phone. Extremely embarrassing. Incredible that despite the complaints and frustrations you refuse to do anything about it. I’m done with Bose. Never again. There are other words I want to use but not going to lower myself. Good riddance
