I have a QC35 I and i have see some problems with.
First, my QC 35 I have his LED's bluethooth always on. I can see it when the headset in on or off. This was my first problem.
The second problem is the biggest. When i put on my headset, the voice is talking and saying "Batterie Level" and after this the voice start to loop and bug. The voice repeat the batterie level, try to connect to the nearest bluethooth device but instant deconnect after this and the loop continue. But when i connect my headset to my computer and disconnect it, the QC35 I will work a certain moment but if i switch off/on, he will bug.
I can try to describe it better, but can someone help to figure this out please ?
Im sorry to hear you're having this issue. Would you be able to try and update your headphones? If they are already updated then trying using the BTU Updater. Hopefully, this can remove the issues your having.
Let us know how this goes.
i had already updated to the newest one and i did it again, but my problems are here again. What i need to do ?
It seems like there may be some software related issue on your headphones. I would recommend you contact your local Bose support team so they can discuss the next step.
