When calling through smartphone, no noise with the headset, working properly when switching without the headset.
Noise Cancellation does not work properly at maximum level
Even at maximum cancellation level, acute sound such as cars breaking are resonating in the headset.

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
The issue started with the last firmware update, both were working properly before the update.
