Bose QC35 II Problem
Is the 2.5mm audio jack supposed to be this loose? I remember it having such a perfect tight fit when I first got it. I never did any aggressive maneuvers or anything to damage it.
Now when I have my adapter plugged in, it twists so easily with just the slightest touch or even just moving my head quickly, and allows it to fall out and unplug.
Here's a video of how loose it feels:
Is this normal?
I attach an adapter to use with my external microphone and it's impossible to use because even if I tilt my head slightly or move the wire or the mic, the audio plug loosens from the cable jack in the headphones.
Does this need to be brought in for repair? For such quality headphones, I expect the audio jack to have a consistent snug fit for my headphone cable.
Let me know, thank you.
Solved! Solution.
