Low volume

Hi everyone.

Ive just brought some Bose QuietComfort 35 II and I am very disappointed.

Im old school and use the 3.5mm cable to connect to my iPod and the volume is not loud enough. (Yes it’s turned up on my iPod) Also the side buttons do not work ie the volume up and down and I cannot choose the amount of noise cancelling I want. Again headphones are turned on etc.

When end I connect via Bluetooth the sound is much improved and loud and I can use the buttons. I payed £260.00 for this and I feel like it’s a complete waste of money.

Has as anyone else had the same

problem or are they just a dodgy pair of headphones.

Re: Low volume

Hello psygnosis,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase of the QuietComfort 35 II Headphones.

Do you experience this low audio when you connect your headphones to another device?

Please also ensure that both ends of the audio input cable are securely inserted into the headphones as well as your devices.

Please let us know, we would love to get this resolved for you.

Kind regards,
