Lowest volume setting still too loud on NC 700 headphones
I've called and opened a case with Bose, no response. Forums have complaints back to Feb 2020. Why is there no one from Bose responding about this issue, let alone attempting to fix this via software / firmware update?
I'd love to hear a response from Bose, when will this be fixed. I need full control of the volume, I'd like to lower the lowest setting even lower, because it's too loud on calls, which I have daily, or do I need to return them?

Galaxy Note 20, Windows 10 on Dell 5590
Lowest volume setting is too high, it hurts my ears when other people are talking on a call or zoom meeting or Ring meeting or WebEx. There is no way to lower this any further.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
After purchase, and setup.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Called support, they said they opened a case. Haven't heard anything back.
