Missing audio jack from packaging - QuietComfort 35 II

Received a new QuietComfort 35 II headphones for Christmas.  Noticed during unboxing that the audio cable was missing.  Can a cable be sent to me?  No one at Bose is answering phone calls or text support because of Covid19.
