My QC35's poor sound quality

My Bose Quiet Comfort 35 ii only supports  CD level sound quality(2 channel, 16 bit, 44100Hz)

Do i have to upgrade Bluetooth driver?

Is there any way to upgrade sound quality?

Re: My QC35's poor sound quality

@muyeoleeI do not work for Bose nor am I a sound engineer so someone else here may need to chime in.

The answers from my perspective to your questions:

1. As far as the bluetooth driver - do a search here for "codec" or google "bluetooth codec qc35".  This will help you understand what types of sound the QC35ii supports.  The driver is about the transmitter and I think your 'issue' is more about the 'receiver.

2. Again I'm just educating guessing not being an audio 'guru' but the only thing you can do for the QC35ii is change the firmware.  The current version is 4.5.2 which has not changed in over a year and I don't remember any of the changes have to do with audio quality so I am going to guess for your second question the answer is "no".
