NC 700 Poor Audio and Mic on Zoom & Teams

Hi All,


I have the NC 700 which are regularly connected to my iPhone and HP Envy laptop. They are terrific for listening to music on either device. They are also terrific when I am on calls on my iPhone.


But I have issues with Zoom/Teams. On Zoom and Teams, I can have the speakers on "Black Diamond Stereo" which allows to me to hear people fine. If I pick "Headset (Black Diamond Hands-Free AG" everyone sounds like a robot.


The microphone, I only have two choices the laptop mic or "Headset (Black Diamond Hands-Free AG". If I pick the AG one, people say they can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Using the laptop's mic is not ideal as there are lots of things happening around me (kids etc.). 


I tried to connect using the cable, which is annoying as I own expensive bluetooth headphones, but more importantly even with the cable Zoom or Teams uses the laptop mic.


Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can actually hear and speak using these headphones?
