Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Bose NC 700 HP headphones connect for phone calls, but no audio can be heard. Happens on each and every phone call.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
Every phone call.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
Began about 3-4 weeks ago.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
I've tried everything I could find. Nothing works.
