On the description of the product it says 11 levels of noise canceling and I only have 10 with an only 4 month old i on air of nc 700s

I can totally understand why there may be some confusion. Thank you to @Morlock for jumping in to clarify that there is a level 0, meaning this does makeup 11 different levels.
