No sound in left ear of Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 when using cable.

Hi there, when I connect my headphones via the cable there is no sound from the left ear. It's not the cable because I've tried a few and the same issue remains. Both ears work fine when connected via Bluetooth. Firmware is up to date too.

Attempted to reset the headphones and update the firmware as well as using new cables.

Hello Ch87 and welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you are having issues with your headphones when using a wired connection.

As you have tested various cables and devices as well as performed updates and resetting the headphones, the issue would likely be internal and would need a service. 
I recommend that you contact your local support team to discuss all possible service options.
