Noise Cancellation disables when using Microphone. (Bose 700)

I'm using a Bose 700 Headphone, and whenever I use the mic the noise cancellation seems to disable and the sound is very far and I can barley hear through the headphones. It really bothers me when entering meetings while using my Headphones and it's hard to listen to them too. 

This issues only rises when I activate the mic.

I've tried doing a reboot reset, and I'm still facing the same issue.
