Re: Noise Cancelling 700 Firmware Update - Buzzing followed by Headphone Reboot
I want to provide an update to those of you experiencing a buzz and reboot issue with your NC700 headphones.
First off, thank you to everyone who completed the survey and those who posted their experiences here. The information collected helped us identify that a reboot may occur when the NC700 firmware conflicts with a 3rd party application that supports non-Bose Bluetooth products. At this time, we have only recreated this conflict on Android devices, but have not yet ruled out iOS devices.
If you have third party applications for non-Bose Bluetooth devices that you no longer use, we recommend you delete them.
While we have identified a conflict causing the issue, a firmware update is not available at this time. I will provide communication on the update, but I do not have any timelines on when a release would be made available.
