Bose product name
What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)
Windows 10 PC, iPhone XR (iOS 14)
Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Just in the middle of my music, Netflix, or whatever produces audio, the sound will just cut out every once in a while. It is random and I have not been able to purposefully induce it. From what I've read in other threads, this problem is not uncommon and I'd love a fix for it since these cost almost an entire paycheck's worth of money. The headphones are a little less than a year old.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
Anytime audio plays
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
No more than 2 months ago. It worked normal prior to the skipping.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Various steps from other forum threads (for example clearing the Bluetooth cache and reconnecting all of my devices)
