Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 - Disable LED For Dark Environments

I would like to suggest a feature for controlling the LED. I am listening to Audiobooks as a night routine. When laying in the dark I was used to headphones not emitting any light. The Bose 700 constantly emit light with its LED. This is usually constantly white and extremely bright. I would like to have the simple option of disabling the LED completely so that I am not disturbed by my light polluted environment at night.

Yes, I looked and looked for an option but could not find one. I guess a small duck tape until they work on this option.

Its so bright at night I thought it was a reading light feature -- please provide option to turn it off!
