I totally agree with the opinion of @SimoneS.
Ditto. I went ahead and bought these on faith that Bose would be releasing firmware and software to address the sound quality shortfall. Give me that giant sound stage I expect and I'll know they're back on their game.
I'm running into the exact same issue as @SimoneS. Hopefully there's a fix for this.
Please dont tell me that the QC35 and QC35 Series II NC issue is coming to the NC700s, too???
I am referring to
https://community.bose.com/t5/Around-On-Ear-Headphones/Bose-QC-35-ii-firmware-4-5-2/td-p/213820 and https://community.bose.com/t5/Around-On-Ear-Headphones/QC-35-II-Firmware-4-5-2-Official-messages/m-p...
I hope that's not the case. Hopefully Bose comes up with something. Not holding my breath.
Y u kidding me? No way... Bose just swapped my 35’s for 700’s.
I hope they fix the issues - do they review the community? I just gave the 700's a bad review - if Bose can fix the issue they broke with the update I will change it.
I did call customer support but that was about as useful as the NC on the 700's post firmware upgrade.
Hi @poiuz ,
I have read your message. One of thread posted by you is long 183 pages.... do you know if Bose has solved this problem with QC 35? And, more important, how long did it take?
Problem still exists, for 5 months already. No fix expected (soon), Bose remains very quiet on this matter.
ok now I'm really scared. It's not possible that in 5 months the problem was not solved. Has anyone thought to rollback?
If this situation will persist I should take in consideration a return. I bough 700 cause they offered first of others a good support for calls. But nowadays there are valid alternatives.
NC is the huge problem now, but also the BT is very annoying. To use headset in office I need to shutdown BT on my phone, and I must remember to turn on it again when I'm in my car. I know that it's not a huge problem, but why I need to change my habits?
An finally the worst thing is the silence from BOSE. No one has replied to this forum providing updates or clarification. Without words.
