Exact same issue, couldn't describe it better.
I experience it on several computer with several communication tools 😕
It is so easy to reproduce, I don't understand why Bose isn't fixing it.
It makes the headset useless for a professional use...

I have the same issue, even on standard phone calls with my Fairphone 3+.
When the other person is speaking they will not hear my voice at all, until they pause, at which point my voice is suddenly very clear. I've tried turning off the noise-cancelling, but it doesn't make a difference.
This, on top of the stuttering with multiple devices connected, is making me reconsider my recent purchase of the headphones. Love the sound quality when listening to music, but the other features were a really key aspect of shelling out such a chunk of change!
Same issue here. In conference calls this device is absolutely useless as it mutes myself when others are speaking. So I don't have any chance of moderating a discussion.
What a waste of money
