I have QC30 and QC35ii.
Both the devices my noise cancelling control is very poor for last two days . Infact i doubt that control is working or not because i can hear complete surrounding noise and when im on telecon the voice is not clear at all. FYI . Software & Firmware updated is as of date

I'm sorry to hear both of your headphones have suddenly begun to suffer from poor control of the active noise cancelling feature.
Are there any corresponding attributes that may have resulted in them both performing poorly at the same time? Have you also tried to unpair the headphones from your smartphone/media device to establish a new connection?

I just played one after one . Not paired at all.
Again I just disconnected and repaired on my Android phone but still having same problem on bot the device. Is it because recent software upgrade?

Did you install the update through the Bose Connect app or through btu.bose.com?
Also, can you notice this during all media playback or just during calls?
