Headphones work perfectly fine when connected to my iPhone. However, when connected to any of my 2 Windows 10 devices (both PC and Laptop individually) the audio quality stutters and is completely atrocious. I can confirm that I am not connected to the headset (unchecked hands-free telephony in headphone properties and connected to the "Bose NC 700 Headphones" device) and the issue still persists.
Prior to purchasing this product I spoke very highly about Bose products, owning the QC and some pc speakers. If this issue isn't fixed, I will be advising everyone I know not to buy anything from Bose. Honestly feel scammed.
