Noise cancelling around-ear wireless headphones are distorting the incoming sound

Hello,

I can no longer use these headphones for telephone calls as they started to distort the sound/voice/words of the person speaking to me. Sound disappears completely or the speaker sounds like they're under-water. These headphones are two years old. Is there a fix for this?Thank you for any help you can give me.

Hello Louiepug,

Thank you for messaging the community, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues in regards to the call features on your headset.

I would love to assist you in finding a solution for this, to do so can you please answer the following questions.

- Can you confirm which headset you own? If you are unsure please visit this link to help you with identifying this.

- Does this poor audio occur when not on a call and listening to music?

- Does this occur across multiple devices?

- Do you get the same results using a wired connection as well as Bluetooth?

Please let us know, we would love to do what we can to assist you with this.
