Hi! A few days ago my Bose Soundlink On ear 2 started doing the following: - When connected via Bluetooth, only the right side works. - When using wires, the only side that works is the other (left). They don’t seem to be able to play at the same time. What would you recommend me doing?
Extra information: I bought them 2 years ago. This is the first time they’ve had any problems.

Have you tried the headset on more than one mobile device?
Also, have you tried replacing the cable?
