OC 35 II, I hear myself speaking

I have  quitecomfort and quitecomfort II.

With QCII Recently I hear myself speak when connected to computer via bluetooth for Skype etc ( Like echo, or sounds in room).

If I turn off the mic in Windows sound control I do not hear myself

But this does not happen when same headphones are connected via blueooth to android phone

It also does not happen with QCI

I.e. it is some problem between QCII mic and windows

Hello Jsherr,

Welcome to the Bose Community! Thanks for posting.

What you are describing is the result of a feature we call Sidetone. It is designed to make it easier for yourself to hear calls, to enable you to speak more clearly. Hearing your own voice is a key fundamental in maintaining clear speech.

Kind regards,
