I am located in Portage, Michigan USA and having trouble my Windows 10 Laptop to connect with Bo117RGG8E. Only one device Windows 10 laptop was on with bluetooth connectivity. Galaxy S8+ connected and performed well a two way communication for both sides. Multiple attempts have been made but none was successful so far. Please help .
I am sorry, we do not have a product called Bo117RGG8E. Is it definitely a Bose product you have?
