Pairing rejected by Bose QC35 for Fire HD 10

Hi. I have very serious problem.

I cant pair my LE BOSE QC35 II with Fire 10.

"Pairing rejected by Le Bose QC35 II ".

The Problem

1. It was previously paired. Also it was paired to Kindle 2017.

2. Forgot Bose.

3. Made a restore for Kindle.

Opps! 

now, my Le Bose still trying to connect to Kindle, but!!!!

After the restore Kindle cant discover ANY Bluetooth device!

So I have tried to pair Bose to Fire 10 .

Fire do discover Bose QC35 II.

But - "Pairing rejected by Le Bose QC35 II" - all the time!

I tried to reset Bose. It is still telling 

1. No device found ------ OR

2. Connecting to Kindle, No device FOUND

 

Can you help please?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a pairing issue with your headset. 

 

Can you please let us know if the reset that you performed was a product reset or a reset of the pairing list? 

 

When attempting to connect the headset, do you see the option to connect to the device without LE in front? Or just the LE option? I would also like to know if you have been able to connect to any other new devices that aren't the Fire 10?
