Pressed the volume buttons to try and reset and now there is no function

I thought I remembered that you can reset the headphones to remove all prior pairings with a series of holding the buttons down. I think I overloaded them and now they wont even function.


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?



Any troubleshooting steps you took


I pressed the volume buttons together, then I held the bluetooth button, then I looked up there is a way to factory reset through powering off and a series of attaching the power supply.

Have you attempted to perform a standard reset on the headset by following these steps here? Can you please also let us know if you see any LED's on the headset at all? You can see exactly what all of these patterns mean here.
