Prevent headphones from autoconnecting to a particular device

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Hello,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you no longer want your headphones to remember a previous connection, clear the previously connected Bluetooth list from your headphones. To do this;

 

Power on your headset, then press and hold the Power/Bluetooth on the right earcup for about 10 seconds until you hear Bluetooth device list cleared.
