QC 35 ANC no longer works for mids and highs after updating to firmware 3.0.3 - Error LOG

I have recently updated to the latest 3.0.3 firmware via the desktop browser updater. Right now I have checked the advanced menu of the desktop updater (while on the updater screen located at https://btu.bose.com you should press the following 5 keys sequentially on your keyboard: ‘a’ ‘d’ ‘v’ ‘<UP arrow="">’ ‘<DOWN arrow="">’) and found this Error log displayed for my update:

Can a moderator explain what this means? (the actual report is longer but had to clip it since there are only 500 characters allowed for a post)

Once you open the ADVANCED MENU you have the possibility to reapply the update. I have pressed the button hoping that this could fix my issue but unfortunately I have also refreshed the paged while the update was loading. After the refresh there was a page saying not to disconnect and a countdown instructing on how long i have to wait for the update to finish. Once it was done, I have reveisted the ERROR LOG page and another error message was dispplayed: 7/6/2019 21:20:47.193, Error, Called method getCurrentDevicesConnected without a session . Considering that it was my fault I have reinitialised the procedure, and made a new full update, that this time ended with a green SUCCESS message.

Unfortunately, no change in the outrageously poor ANC situation.

Hi Hector_B,

 

I know you don't recommend (you forbid actually, because I would have tried if it was up to me, but Bose also killed this alternative as it killed the ANC with 3.0.3).

 

My question is regarding those errors though, that have nothing to do with a downgrade procedure. The first Error Log is from the moment I've updated to this outrageously good for nothing firmware 3.0.3.

 

Can you please let me know what it means?

Everything going well on your end, dear moderators? I lost $350 worth of premium product about a month ago. I think I know who's fault it is, but I'm going to let everyone else to take a not so hard guess. Shame on you, nevertheless.
