Re: QC35 Headphones Turning Itself On?

I contacted customer support and got a replacement.

It was very fast, I was impressed.

The power button seems more rigid on the replacement, it probably was just a defect on my original headset.

Re: QC 35-I is Turning On By Itself

Same issue here. My QC35 turned on by itself in about 20 seconds after switching it off. I noticed this issue in Feb 2018 after and thought it might be fixed by some later patches, but it was not.

I don't think this is caused by a loose switch. My current solution is to plug in the charging cord after switching it off to prevent it from self-turning on.

Re: QC 35-I is Turning On By Itself

My QC-35 seems to have self corrected for the moment.  I'm not sure why, but the problem is resolved for now.  If it starts happening again, I'll submit another post.

Re: QC 35-I is Turning On By Itself

Contacting support is only helpful if you are still covered under warranty otherwise they will just try and sell you a new pair for a “discount” even though this issue is obviously a major defect in the headphones seeing in how many places people keep bringing up the issue

Re: QC35 Headphones Turning Itself On?

Issue has returned, switched headphones to OFF position and headphones turn back on, battery drain by morning. It’s a shame I really like these headphones.
