I contacted customer support and got a replacement.
It was very fast, I was impressed.
The power button seems more rigid on the replacement, it probably was just a defect on my original headset.

Same issue here. My QC35 turned on by itself in about 20 seconds after switching it off. I noticed this issue in Feb 2018 after and thought it might be fixed by some later patches, but it was not.
I don't think this is caused by a loose switch. My current solution is to plug in the charging cord after switching it off to prevent it from self-turning on.
Thank you for reaching out to us here. My best recommendation would be to contact your local Bose Support for further assistance. Here is a link to get contact information. Just select your region, and kindly scroll down to where you see "contact us".
Thank you again and let us know if there is anything else you need!

My QC-35 seems to have self corrected for the moment. I'm not sure why, but the problem is resolved for now. If it starts happening again, I'll submit another post.
