QC 35 II App Issues

I'm dealing with a consistent issues when using my QC 35 II on either Zoom, Discord, or Skype. I can hear people fine, but my headphones go into power saving mode after 3 minutes, meaning my headphones aren't registering the app communications like it would for streaming. Whenever I'm watching YouTube, Netflix, etc it never does this. How do I change this?

I would recommend downloading the Bose Connect Application. In this application, you can choose settings for your 'Auto-Off'. If you set this to 'Never' this should resolve your issue.
