QC 35 II Audio not working

My audio works fine normally but when I launch certain games on my PC, the headphones completely stop working. They start working fine again once I exit the game. Any idea how I can fix this?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. Sorry to hear that you have this issue when playing games on your PC, let's look into this further. 


Firstly, I would recommend looking into the settings of the game to ensure that the headset is selected as the audio output. Another thing we can check is does this issue happen with any other Bluetooth headphones? 


Can you please let us know which games the headset has an issue with? I would love to hear from the community if anyone else is having this issue.
