QC 35 II MIc stops working on Microsoft teams call

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)
Connecting with Lonovo laptop - L390 Yoga 

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

After few minutes on conference call (microsoft teams), mic stops working but i can still hear so i have to disconnect headphone and use laptop mic 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

yes it worked correctly but after new laptop it started giving me this issue

Any troubleshooting steps you took

reinstall the driver, updated firmware to current, restarted

Hello Mdhruva and welcome to the Community! I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your QC35 II headphones. 
Thank you for providing the above information. Have you tried testing the headphones with calls from your phone instead of testing with Teams? So that we can check the mics on the headphones for an issues. 

I would also recommend that you try clearing the Bluetooth connection on the headphones and reconnect them to the laptop for further testing. You can follow the instructions to clear the Bluetooth on the headphones here
