Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
After few minutes on conference call (microsoft teams), mic stops working but i can still hear so i have to disconnect headphone and use laptop mic
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
yes it worked correctly but after new laptop it started giving me this issue
Any troubleshooting steps you took
reinstall the driver, updated firmware to current, restarted
