QC 35 and MBP Connection Problem-- Tried Every Solution
I’ve been having problems connecting my QC35 headphones to my Macbook Pro off and on for months now, and I’m really starting to get frustrated.
I feel like I’ve tried every solution possible, and usually, somewhere down the line, I’m able to get them to work. But not this time.
Things I’ve already checked/done this round:
Restart my Mac
Restart my headphones
Reset my headphones via 10 second hold
Reset my Mac’s Bluetooth module
Delete the Bluetooth plist file
Delete the connection through the app
Confirm the headphones connect to my phone
Connect my phone to my Mac
Confirm updated firmware on my headphones
Now, the latest thing that’s happening is I’m getting a “connection failed” message on my Mac’s bluetooth preferences window. And I’ve tried ALL of the above listed solutions, and my headphones still won’t connect to my Macbook Pro.
Please tell me there’s a fix to make all this go away, other than throwing my headphones in the garbage.
