QC 35 disconnecting from MacBook Pro

My Headphones are disconnecting from my Macbook after ~20mins. 

 

I am running the latest firmware for both: Bose (3.0.3) and Catalina (10.15.2).

 

I tried everything but it still happens.

  • Rebooting the headphones: 30seconds off - 5 seconds charging - 1min on
  • Deleting pairing to MacBook
  • Deleting all pairing (15second pairing button)
  • Upgrade firmware through bose updater webpage

I am out of options and nothing is working.

 

The music randomly stops from my headphones and blast form the laptop!

Thanks for reaching out. I am very sorry to hear that you are having connectivity issues with your QuietComfort 35 headphones.

 

We appreciate you taking the time to already perform some troubleshooting, these were good first steps to perform. 

 

Is it always after 20 minutes your headphones disconnects?

 

Do you experience this with any other products?

 

Has this recently occurred after updating your headphones or laptop? If so what was the most recent updated software?
