When trying to find the headphone in the Bose Connect app in the iphone, the phone does not identify the headphone. Also not in the bluetooth settings

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with connecting your headphones to the new iPhone 11 Pro. I'll do what I can to assist you!
I would suggest clearing the Bluetooth pairing on the headphones by sliding the slider to the far right and holding it there for 10 seconds. Once complete try pairing again in both the Bluetooth Menu and the Bose Connect app.

Thanks for getting back in touch, that's a shame that you are still having difficulty connecting. We can continue to go through some troubleshooting to try to get this resolved for you. This being a product reset, rebooting the device you are using with app and updating the headphones.
To reset your product:
You can update your headphones by going to btu.Bose.com and following the on-screen instructions, however, you will need a computer and a micro-USB cable.

Can you both please let me know if you are able to pair any other Bluetooth devices to the iPhone 11 or the QC35 II's?

yes is the aswer to both question.
I can pair a lot devices to my new IPhone 11: Garmin Watch, Bose Soundlink Mini II, ...
And the other way around. I have used an IPhone 7 before, this was working fine. Also my other phone is currently working fine with the QC35 II...
