QC 35 ii fell

Some a**whole tried to steal my headphones while I was walking and failed. And now i feel like the headphones don’t go asloud as they used to and noise canceling doesn’t work.

Thank you for your message, welcome to the community. I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced this, but I would love to help try and assist with this. 

 

I would firstly recommend that you perform a reset of your headphones. Instruction on how to do this can be found below.

  • Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds
  • Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
  • Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute
  • Turn on the headset

 

Have you also tried using both a Bluetooth connection and an AUX connection to test to see if there is any difference in the audio?
