I have a red steady light on the battery indicator on the ear cup..is this normal as the instructions say when charging it will be amber.?
any info would be a great help
I assume you're referring to the QuietComfort 35 headphones? If so, a solid red LED will indicate a battery error. For how long have you been experiencing this?
