Re: QC35 Bluetooth Stuttering/Drop-outs

I have been having the same problems on the QC 35 ii. When I connect to my windows 10 machine, as well as my android (MM) phone, stuttering often starts after ~1 minute.
The "solution" that I found is to enter the Bose app on my phone. As soon as I open it, stuttering stops. (till the next time). Not perfect, but better than my previous solutions of turning the headphones off and back on, or disconnecting from phone.

This suggests to me that it is a Bose problem - the headphones are probably searching for the android app, and it isn't there.

QC35 II stops music after some minutes



Every time I connect my QC35 II with my iphone and listen to music via youtube or spotify, after 5-10 minutes the music stops and I have to click on Play again to continue.

And if I connect the phone with my computer, and connect in a meeting via Skype for instance, it disconnect after 10 minutes. To connect again I have to restart the phone.

What can be wrong? I just updated the phone via app, and still have the issue.

This happens since I bought the phone around 1 year ago.
