QC35 - Bose Device Updater not downloading new firmware
I initiated the Bose Device Updater on my laptop and have the headphones connected to my Apple laptop but nothing is happening (no detection or downloading of possible new firmware). The web page displays what is shown below but the next step in not happening. What could be going on? Is there a procedural step I am missed?
