QC35 II: Battery light indicator not turned off after 10 seconds

According to “Understanding LED indicator status lights and information” from

https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/articles/HC2472/productCodes/qc35_ii/article.html

The battery indicator of QC35 II should turn off after 10 seconds.

Mine is always on when in use. Is this expected?

Re: QC35 II: Battery light indicator not turned off after 10 seconds

Hello Kritakorn,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

The Bluetooth and battery indicators turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power. The battery LED will stay on to show how much battery you have left. Can I please confirm which light you see and what color it is?

Re: QC35 II: Battery light indicator not turned off after 10 seconds

The LED which is always on while in use is the one with the battery icon. The color is green.

I am a little bit confused here. You mentioned that

The Bluetooth “and battery indicators” turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity.

- The “battery LED” will stay on.

Isn’t “battery indicator” and “battery LED” the same thing?

Thanks for coming back to us Kritakorn!

You are correct, the battery indicator and LED are the same things.

If the battery LED is staying on when in use, this is expected behavior.
