My QC35 II's sound very muffled when connected via bluetooth. The issue goes away as soon as they're connected via aux. I have reset and updated the headphones but to no success. Next steps?

Can you please let us know if this issue occurs when connected to other devices or just with the iPhone 12? If you haven't already tested with another device, please do.
