QC35 suddenly died on me

The QC35 head phone suddenly died on me and is not even charging. Seems to be battery issue but the product is not even a year old. Help!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Sorry to hear that your QC35 has suddenly stopped powering on. 


Let's try and charge them via a few different power outlets to see if the same issue persists. I would also like to know if you see any LED's on the headset at all when attempting to charge or power on the headset?
