QC35II Won't Update To Firmware Version 4.8.1
I typically check to see if there are new updates monthly for my QC35II Headphones. I checked last night and saw that Version 4.8.1 is out. I tried updating but continue to get the error says that the connection has been lost. Try unplugging and plugging it back in. It shows that I am on Version 4.8.1 on the site but then says "something happened and we couldn't update your product" and wants me to update to 4.8.1. I tried downgrading as well and that didn't work (same issue).
I have tried different cables with the same result. I have also tried to to reset the headset with no luck.
When checked the FAQ on the issue, the form is blank.
The headphones do not connect to any devices now and will not pair.
Any ideas on what I may do to troubleshoot this issue?
