QC35ii Not connecting

My bose is connected to my PC via bluetooth, but the thing is spotify doesn't work and my games would either cut out or have delayed audio and crackles while playing the game, my mic works but sometimes I would hear everything outside clearly.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your headphones.

 

What you have described sounds like the headphones may be connected as a headset, rather than a headphone, and thus is 1. enabling the external microphones (otherwise known as 'sidetone') and 2. reducing the quality of overall audio for your device. 

 

I would recommend unpairing the headphones and try pairing them again. When connecting to a Windows computer, you may see 2 different icons in the device pairing list (a device icon and a headphones icon). Make sure you select the headphones icon.)
