I paid roughly 400 dollars for a pair of the Custom Bose QC35ii's and I expected the noise cancellation to help block out the background noise from my office. It has amplified if anything. I have tried your recommended steps to resolve in other threads, but nothing works. I am hoping to have this resolved as I purchased this product specifically to increase my call productivity, which has gone down since getting these headphones. I have to mute when I am not talking, and make sure I talk loud enough to block out external noises. This is very inconvenient.
